Tribulus (Tribulus terresteris) is used as a tonic and aphrodisiac, increasing the male hormone testosterone to within the normal range. Testosterone is known for it's ability to build muscle, increase fertility and libido, but it is also beneficial for bone marrow activity and improving the immune system.
Instructions for use
Use 2g (1 teaspoon) per serve. Add honey, mix into a paste and add hot water. Can also be added to juice and smoothies. Blends well with other herbs. |
