St Johns Wort (Hypericum perforatum) was originally used to ward off evil spirits and treat snakebites, but is now commonly used as an antidepressant. Instructions for use Add 1-2 teaspoons to a pot of boiled water. Brew for 10 minutes, strain and pour. Add sweetener if needed.
