We send all of our Herbies a monthly newsletter to keep them up to date with new products and special promotions.
We also put various vouchers in orders. |

| Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive? |

| A. Typically delivery is between 3-10 days. On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 2-4 weeks for the US on very rare occasions. |

We do not receive any credit card details as it is processed by Paypal and no transactional information is given to Xtreme Herbs. |

| Q. What are your Payment methods and how safe is it ordering online? |

A. We offer Paypal for your security and convenience. Paypal is used throughout the internet and is recognised for its security. Paypal allows you to use Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit as forms of payment.
There is no obligation to sign up to Paypal. Simply follow the steps when you are at the checkout to complete your order. |

| Q. Are there any discounts on postage available? |

A. There is a flat postage fee on all orders under $100 of $7.00. All orders above $100 get free postage!!!!
So we encourage customers whose orders are close to $100, to make sure you add something small to get free postage!
Some ideas are Mugwort Tea, Alfalfa Tea for $4.49 or even Vanilla Bean Pod for $2.49.
Just don't incur postage if you don't have too people! |

| Q. Will Xtreme Herbs be stated anywhere on the package? |

A. We usually include Xtreme Herbs in the sender's details - however if you'd like this removed, simply make a note in the Customer Instructions section (when you order) and we'll happily replace it with alternative sender details.

| A. We don't encourage this in any way. We advise that if you are pregnant then the herbal highs are not for you for obvious reasons. |
